The class will cover:
*Spores and life of spores
*Mycelium and “Spawn”
*Mycorrhizal relationships and mushrooms
*Gills, pores, and other identifying factors for identification
*Substrates to grow your mushrooms on
* Environmental factors to start fruiting mushrooms
* Harvesting
Attendees will receive a in-depth, but easy to comprehend, guide to mushroom cultivation and a gift of some wild gourmet mushrooms.
